Repairing the Yorktown

Captains Log Stardate 239511.01

Commander Blake has been assigned to retrieve the Ritalin from the Starship Yorktown. He has taken a runabout along with a damage control team. Captain Harris HAs requested extra damage control specialists to repair their sensors. Between our two ships, we should be able to fabricate enough new parts to rebuild their entire sensor grid. I have asked Commander Belbre to help with the drone we captured as the control program is Betazoid. We might be able to trace those that controlled it.

Captain Sterling was in the main shuttle bay with Mr Blake and the damage control team who were busy loading the desired equipment the Yorktown needed.

"Ryan, Captain Harris is an old friend. We served together on the Lexington when I was a junior science officer, during the Dominion War. We fought in many hand-to-hand conflicts, saving each other's lives countless times. He is a good man,"

Ryan looked at Maia and nodded. "Don't worry Captain. We'll get your friend's ship up and running soon. I promise."

"Thank you Mr Blake I know I can count on you. If you need anything don't hesitate to ask," Maia said.

Shuttle Bay

Belbre looked at the drone, and it made her gut wrench to see the systems on it. The weapons system was from a retired design for a Betazed fighter, and it had been enhanced to be even more deadly. It had been fitted with a larger power cell and the phaser array was enhanced to be more deadly than it was originally. the aiming system was and the tracking system was also Betazed and was so precise it could hit the exact same spot multiple times with precision.

Belbre called and asked for two Betazed personnel the word in engineering. They came through the door with their gear and we set to work.

Meanwhile, in the Labs, Paisley was still working away at the Yorktown's databases. She was hoping that any experiments, or botany projects, were still viable. She'd find out soon.


Maia went back to the bridge her team would figure this out, however, she did stress that they all check for booby traps.

"Shuttle you are clear for departure," Maia said.
