Tom and Petra . Looked like a they had a huge attack of the sulks . If their bottom lips stuck out any further. The twins would be tripping over them.

Due to a game of dare concerning a hacked replicator and the consuming of a vast amount of ice cream. Hendon’s children had to be monitored for any lasting health issues. It was fun for the children a couple of times. But now it was eating into their drawing picture time.

“ Do we have to daddy?” Both children said

“ Yes. Before you start. It’s because of all that ice cream you ate. Six year olds…. ” Hendon said

“ Seven and ten day.” Tom and Petra said

“ Seven and ten day year olds. Who eat that insane amount of sugar. Have to watched medically just in case they have health issues.” Hendon said as a couple of nurse took the twins hands and led them away.

He picked up a padd and noticed Dr Grant.

“ Hello. We didn’t get a chance to formally meet. Robert Hendon.” He said offering a hand.

Taking his hand firmly, "Marianna Grant Sir." giving him a smile before releasing his hand. "cute kids."

“ Where?” Hendon said looking around.” Sorry. Your new to the Leto so your paths have not crossed. They do look cute. But like the oceans you don’t want to turn your back on them. It’s good your here the last mission was quite a nasty one. Members of the crew were attacked with sharpened playing cards. Dipped in an anticoagulant so even a minor scratch would lead to the patient bleeding out. We are going to have to keep an eye on them. Plus the physicals are due.” Robert said

Marianna nodded, "nasty group! they were a lot of good officers and crew were killed or wounded." Putting her hand on her hip where she was sliced down her hip and outer thigh as the wound had healed but the memories were fresh. Looking at him and smiled. "so who is our first victim...er I mean patient for physicals." she said we a grin trying to lighten the mood.

Robert noticed Marianna putting her hand on her hip.

“ Well I am due plus the CO and XO……is anything wrong with your hip Doctor?” Robert asked.

"uh no sorry doctor just..uh..memories of the attack, the physical has healed but mental might take a bit. I hope we or Starfleet, in general, can track them down and make them pay."

Robert looked up at Marianna. “ Well we shall see. But for now it’s R&R time so we are all off duty now. As usual Beta shift will take over. So I suggest you make full use of this time to relax. Now I have two children in need of a bedtime story. Speak later.
