Personal History

Born 12 May 2365 in San Diego, California, North American Continent, Earth.

Samantha has always been a vibrant and expressive person. She has always loved being active and began taking dance lessons at the age of 3. She expressed a keen intelligence and an extraordinary ability to learn. She learned to read and write her name by the time she started dancing.

Samantha's gift for learning languages even surpasses that of her younger brother. Her true passion started at the age of 6 when she read her first newspaper and saw an article about new discoveries published by the Federation Science Council. All throughout grade school, middle school and high school she excelled academically.

She entered college at the age of 17, enrolled at the University of Cambridge in England. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Geology/Geophysics with a minor in Archaeology/Anthropological Studies within three years. She left Earth for Vulcan to work alongside some of the best scientists of the Federation Science Council. She continued her graduate studies at the Vulcan Science Academy, earning first her Master's Degree and then a Doctorate in Geology/Geophysics.

Samantha has spent several years in space aboard civilian science vessels traveling to recently charted planets to perform months long geological surveys in preparation for colonization or establishing mining operations.

She was recently approached by a Senior Fellow on the Federation Science Council to work on a joint operation of the Federation Science Council and Federation Diplomatic Corps that is to be carried out by Starfleet.
